no headlights

Cant get my headlights to work on my mk2 sr after a rebuild

Sidelights working fine but no dip or main beam on main switch or stalk

Replaced main switch but still no luck, any ideas before i change the stalk?

Would a faulty relay keep even the dip from coming on?

What earth does the headlights use?

Fuses and all other electrics seem to be working

Any help appreciated

Not shore what relays do the job but I had trouble in passed when I had bad earth from gear box to chassis leg or lack of

Where is the dim dip module at?

The dim dip module was for mk1's.

I reckon it will be a relay or headlight earth, or the stalk as you've mentioned.

Were the headlights working okay originally, have you double double checked the bulbs are okay just in case something has blown them without you checking them again.

Earth I reckon - its quite a heavy brown wire on the pass side - earth point is just above the gearbox on the chassis
