It's a lot of effort, some cars in Europe had it retrofitted

I would of thought finding the space for the extra rad in a nova would prove difficult

Defo would probably have to use a charge cooler

I expect trying to find room for a compressor to is rather hard

No nothing is impossible, but room is tight with a let in the front of a nova already without the ac pump, condenser, etc.

its hard enough finding a spot for a decent intercooler

Agila condensors are small and would be easy to fit aslong as you compromise the intercooler/performance.

As mentioed, the compressor is quite a lump, but it may be possible under the front engine mount with some modification.

Next thing is the evaporator, unless you could mount it in the heater box allowing the use of the blower motor etc then you may struggle to fit it else where.

Well about 2 years ago there was a Spanish or Portuguese chap trying to see a whole setup for a corsa a 1600 so the bits are out there if you really really look
