I was cleaning my air filter housing and noticed some gunk. I traced it to the engine breather. There is no sign of oil and water mixing on the oil filler cap, dipstick, water reservoir. The only thing I can think of is the oil level was too high by about a litre a week or so ago for a few miles before some was removed? Any ideas?
I have cleaned as much as I can, here I a picture of what I found. (it's a 12nz

Usually builds up when doing a lot of short runs. Clean the pipes out best you can.

That's what I thought but the coolant was changed about two months ago and came out clean, the oil looks good. As Torquey said short runs, it does a lot of 1 mile runs between work places but occasionally will get a 60 odd mile run. I'll just keep an eye on the oil filler cap I suppose.
