Taking a live wire from fuse box

When running a live wire from the fuse box what side of the fuse should you take the wire from so that it is still fused

Take a live feed from one of the sockets on the right side of the fusebox. It is where all the normal accessories run from like the cigar lighter and glovebox lamp etc. Run an inline fuse after it for more protection as required. There is permanent live, ignition live and illumination feeds there.

You can also get funky piggy back fuse kits that give you extra wiring for stuff if you want to make it plug and play.
