Nova 1.2 spi overfueling

Hi got nova 1.2 k reg need help on fuel problem so for I have replaced dizzy , leads,plugs,blue temp sensor the car will start when stone cold but if you rev it cuts out looked at plugs they are black and wet could anyone suggest where to go next
