Gearbox change

I have an f10 4 speed in my 1.2.im putting 1.6 8v in on an f13 5 speed.i know I will need a 5 speed gear stick and selector at bottom will I need to change linkage to the box?

Original stick will work fine also.cut the tab off that stops it going across for fifth.

I never had to cut the tab off on mine when i done it I think it's a luck of the draw thing

Just make sure you use the f13 shifter box, or you'll never get 5th
