Just a heads up for anyone looking to get a bit more from their Vauxhall in 2016. A new race series for Vauxhall's only will go ahead with provisional dates set.

Its a great friendly paddock and brilliant well organised racing at some of the best tracks.

2016 has a basic class structure based solely on model, with engine conversions not a problem so as not to deter any interest.

Provision tracks look really good. What would entry prices be like and how do you know if your car meets regulations prior to the event?

Entry fee's are generally around £300. Race days are 15min qualifying and 2x 15min races normally on the same day.

Cars should be prepared to MSA blue book standards with the main focus on section K (safety).

With regards to class' 2016 will be pretty much free for all until its understood what works and what doesn't. Spaceframes are already prohibited as are sequential gearshifts, but other than that its all about getting people out racing.

Here's a reminder, it would be great to see more Nova's on the grid.

Yes, my 2016 license has arrived and I'm registered for the club and series in Class E.

I will be racing my White Nova.
