OHC rocker gasket

Is the 1.2 carb gasket the same as the 1.2i? I thought all ohc small block rocker gaskets were the same but most sellers on an auction site list them as not fitting the 1.2icat.

Early carb ones are slightly different.
The later carb and injection ones have a ring spacer cast into the underside of the rocker cover around the bolt holes. They are there as a stop to prevent overtightening of the gasket. The bolt holes in the gasket are larger.
