What size tyres and wheels

I'm looking at wheels for my nova build.i don't want to go over 15 inch and is there any 15 inch wheels and tyres where I won't have to touch arches?what size tyres are people running and there 15s.iv got chance of some fan blade Vauxhall 15s on 195/50/15 will I need to do work to arch?

Well, it all depends on your rear spring height... oh and one rear arch will defo rub because of dubious 80's press makers being 10mm out. Basically a 195/50r15 is right on the limit without arch rolling

Is rolling the arch better than just cutting some off then painting bare metal?is there an easy way of rolling arches without damaging paint or the shape of the wings?

6x15" at ET49 with 195/45/50 tyres is your best chance of not rubbing the arch but maintaining a good size wheel and tyre combo. Maybe look to 185s if you're worried about touching the arches.

195/50/15 will probably rub depending on the size/shape of the sidewalls, offset etc.
