How to decode VIN (chassis plate) & trim plate (body coloured plate) ?

Can anyone advise what all the different codes mean on the plates of a Nova please.

How to verify what model it is & year of build, trim, paint colour, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are 2 codes on the silver one, one for the trim and one for the paint
