Anyone used one on their let nova? Been offered one cheap. Will need a manifold. Is it a tight fit as the standard kkk is tight?

Bruce child's has one on his. We run a Evo 9 turbo on a Corsa b. Great turbos. Go with the ones with a 10.5 rear housing.

One nice thing, Or so we thought was that you could re flange a £100 japspeed Evo manifold like this :

Sadly the manifolds sit the turbo in a crap location and we had 3 fail in different areas so now use our own which Bruce also uses

We run a Astra on this setup with a turbo off a Evo 6 Mak at around 330hp. The Corsa has a built engine in it using a standard Evo 9 turbo which is the largest standard unit available, this made 391 @ 1.55 bar, being twin scroll they perform brilliantly for a journal bearing turbo

As jonlem says, I tried the cheaper route with welding on a c-let flange to an evo manifold, if it was in something other than a nova then it would have been better for more room up front, albeit with alterations needed near the dipstick tube area.

In the end after seeing pics of the aforementioned corsa, I then opted for one of the manifolds he can supply. Its ten times the manifold of the cheaper version and looks epic in the bay, the turbo is moved a few inches to the offside, giving loads of room. I will upgrade to the 9 turbo or a variant of it in the future, which will push space to the max.
