F13 box stuck in gear.

so last night on way home from mot I lost first gear. assumed that it was linkage had slipped from the pinch bolt as I was driving it hard....then as I got home pulling onto the drive I lost all gears and with the gearstick in neutral position it was still in gear ive got the linkage off and turret lined it up in neutral in the box but its still meshing gears???

Disconnect the linkage from the UJ at the back of the turret, make sure you can select gears here, if you cant then remove the turret from the top of the box and make sure that a fork isnt broken. If its not that then its internal and will require a strip down

If you have all the fingers lined up and its still in gear, then I think it's cluster out time yeah!
