... anything that comes to mind at all post in here.

Thank feck the kids are back at school as the streets around me are much quieter, sadly now loads of tosspots are on the roads in the morning which does my head in :(

Also I don't remember when being at school having so many holidays or is it jus me... 100 days till Christmas btw guys/gals lol

NovalutionGSi

You'll find most of those tosspots are the parents taking their kids to school now! my trip to work looses 5 minutes when the kids are on holiday.

indeed, we never had enough holiday and it always ended too soon!

So its 99 days till Christmas now??

99 sleeps to go. On the bright side if you're an insomniac then only 3 sleeps to go.

Best not tell the Missus that..... She love's Christmas....gets right into it, once her birthday is out the way in November, she is a nightmare! me on the other hand.... I dislike the way it has become more and more commercialised and starts earlier and earlier..... do you know what I saw in Morrisons the other day.... Fecking Christmas Cake! And I Bet you the best before date was November so you had to eat it before Christmas!

Your look at
Neuschwanstein Castle, which Disney used for there castle, sorry but its a long way away from me.
Bavaria is a very big state in Germany.
But is still a great place over all.

But just too piss you off I've been there.

wwmnw
18-09-15, 09:06 PM
Yeah that castle is stunning! Really well built and very eye catching with great surroundings! This is whats a couple of miles from me in the glorious city of Durham (north east England) click meeeeee (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Durham+cathedral+and+castle&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAWoVChMIgfnCqbCByAIVhW8UCh1ZCQiP&biw=1024&bih=667)

Most people regard Newcastle as the 'place to be' in the north east of England, but in reality its a scruffy depressing dump of a place but has all the best shops etc there.

The Krauts pretty much invented what we know as Xmas.... blame queen victoria and her hubby Albert. The Xmas tree & most of the whole style of it are directly descended from mid 1800's German Xmas celebrations.

Now I'm not the worlds greatest driver (I drive a 313 sprinter ffs lol) but I deliver everywhere from Edinburgh to Filey/York/Sheffield/Manchester and west to east like Carlisle to the north east coast. Never have I seen so many dangerous and selfish drivers as Bradford! Cant say much about the place either as I haven't had a walk around it and probably wouldn't for fear of my life.

Bradiztan....I've only had misfortune of having to drive through it once and I didn't see a single white person, all of the shops were islamic. It's a disgrace to be honest, that is one part of the country that is well and truly a write off, will be a isis stronghold before long.

wwmnw
19-09-15, 02:38 PM
Now I'm not one to jump to the conclusions that any of the people are IS supporters although I'm sure there will be some (just as there will be IRA supporters still in Ireland) I recently saw a video of some muslims approaching anjem choudry and giving him a hard time and telling him to get out of their area because he supports terrorism.

But I agree it does have a high number of middle eastern descendants although most wear western clothing (Keighley is very similar) but lets not forget, it can be difficult to tell the difference between Sikhs Hindu's Buddhists Yazidi's and Muslims, the first four don't shout allahu akbar and don't have a problem with alcohol.

Looks alright, that road along by Wetherspoons is mental busy whenever I've hit it, Barry (and fam) from the Brown cow are awesome people! Always offers me a cup of tea and biscuit, gives me the best directions and helps unloading if he's around. Proper sound guy! It appears to have a lot of middle east descendants. I've only been town center area though, coming from Skipton and heading back towards Skipton for the A1.

Really? Southampton does one, it's shit. Last year it was a pub selling "german" beer. 4x sausage stands (a sausaage with cheese in the middle was amazing tho) 6x stands selling curry or something in that range then a few stands selling shit t-shirts and hoodies.

Nothing german about it.

Did bath's one too, was a bit better. Had stuff you might buy in it and was bigger.
But the german ones are meant to be huge and really good. Guy at my work goes every year.

Thats my point.i can see the thing re same skilled people all going for same jobs but usually theres warning signs first like 30 hr weeks deadwood getting the chop etc.For money like what youre obviously on id be waiting til the bitter end.
we had a very quiet three months at my place,to the point where people were just clocking in and banging a hol form in to go home again. We were stood around literally doing nothing.
