Harry Potter books

I've read all the books maybe 5 or 6 times. Now I read a page or 2 a night and boom asleep.

Sleeping isn't a problem, however getting up is! I could sleep on a washing line but I have difficulty waking up and dragging my arse out of bed.

Might sound daft but I don't really get tired. I do sleep because i know I should, not that I need to! its weird. Can get in bed with the mrs n she'll be asleep in 5 minutes i lye there for about 2 hours before i drift off lightly. When I get in from work ill have tea and go straight back out to find something to do. I can't sit and do nothing for longer than half an hour. At night I usually get in bed and think ah ill just go n do that... It's frustrating tbh. Think I've got some form of ADHD. lol

Sunday to thursday I'm often in bed between 9:30-10:30pm now this doesn't mean I'm asleep quickly its just an attempt to get to sleep early as I know I'll be tossing and turning for a couple hours. I did get into the routine of being in bed by half 9 and being asleep by half ten at the latest but that works best when its not fucking boiling hot.

Friday and saturday I'm often found up til 1-2am drinking beer surfing the net, watching porn fapping a couple of times then getting bored coz no one else is online and forcing myself to go to bed.

I drive for a living so a good nights sleep is important, friday I was delivering in Edinburgh (from Durham) so after 310 miles and nearly 15 hours at work I was pretty tired and today I woke up at 07:45 had a pee and went back to sleep til 1pm lol could have slept alllll day today!

Edit: Fuck me sideways swearing works? Fuck shit bastard **** wanker twatbucket cock gobbling arse fingering fuckstick shitcunt.

Lay off caffeine or stimulant based energy drinks.. and if that doesn't work, try heavy physical labour for a 12 hr shift, or bathfarts suggestion of driving for 15hrs. Oh and steer clear if computers for about an hour before bed. They apparently keep your brain buzzing toom

Normally, it's a chill out on the sofa ( I have mine, missus has hers), she sticks on whatever she watches in the week and I'll find something to have a look at online or playing a few games. Summer months I'd be outside doing bits to the cars.

Worst night for me is Sunday's, if I've been rc car racing, I've got my races in my head replaying, plus doesn't help that I'm not happy in my job.

Other thing I should do is keep my phone away from me when I go to bed, then I'm not tempted to pick the phone up when I cant sleep.

Aye, driving loads will make you nod off easily. I done 943 miles door to door from Holzhausen in Austria to my parents in the Midlands in around 12hrs. Took about 30 seconds for me to get off to sleep lol

Nowadays when Im not galavanting around Europe, a darkened room and closed eyes work just as good.
