Hi as per title really does anyone have any pics i could see of differant side repeaters people have on there cars, im not a big fan of the round ones they are meant to have (theyre o.k and if i had an original car they would be a must but as mine is far from original and i dont plan on selling it it doesnt matter to me about keeping them standard)

when i bought my car it was fresh from the paint shop and the lad hadnt finished it off and didnt have any repeaters so wanting it on the road quickly i dug around in my garage and found some shitroen crapso ones off a crapso i had years ago so i ground the lugs off fitted them in the holes with every intention of finding some to replace them, but i have actually grown to like them as they being an oblong shape they match the lines of the nova wing.

but as i have a couple of new wings on there way which are uncut i have a fresh canvas so to speak on which to get it right.
as it stands im thinking ill get another set of saxo ones and make the holes to fit them properly but if anybody has any better looking ones id like to see what looks best,

this is mine at the min, it looks a bit wonky in this pic because not having the lugs on they spin when i wash the car but its the closest pic i have

Plenty of people use to fit the oval Astra mk3 indicators but tbh I never liked them, even I did it on an old nova lol

At the time which is now scary but 10 years ago I was buzzing when I got them but that car of mine had so many issues with it the indicators were the least of my worries lol

A cack..so I like to call them as they handled better out of the box than any nova in sporty form.

I did fit some E36 BMW M3 clears. But went for the clean line no repeater look in the end.

I've just seen your Pete and its a very nice car, and does look good without any. But knowing my luck I'd take mine for mot on the day the tester has had a bad week and is in a grump and fails it for post '86' and not having a side repeater lol although I guess a nova has got a wrap round front indicator so technically they shouldn't fail it anyway.

I had Astra Mk4 on mine. Quite similar to the Saxo ones.
Actually also have Astra Mk4 repeaters on the GT4 too. lol

Have you got a stock pile of mk4 side repeaters or something ;) haha
i have been looking at the ones on my mk5 Astra vxr but can't make my mind up if they'd look right, they are clear but the orange is quite prominent in them I'm thinking the best thing to do is when I'm ready to strip the old wings try a few differant designs and see what looks best as it doesn't matter if I cut bigger holes etc in the old ones.
