Thats a great idea, as long as they make sure that everyone with a car knows about it otherwise just like speed cameras it's just gonna be a way for them to make money by charging people loads of money and catching very few genuine criminals.

and what about MOT's, if you are driving to a test centre to a pre booked appointment, which is legal and you get caught on one of those cameras are you then going to have to spend the time investigating and tracing back to prove your innocence??

the mot is going electronic next year.... when you prebook you will be given a day to use the car with no mot etc... the booking will have to exist on the mot stations booking system
