Anyone near Liphook (GU30) who could spare a few mins for wiring?

I have an early dizzy XE fitted and can't get it to run. In terms of the engine loom I have the ECU live on battery and ignition switched live connected. The fuel relay does click when power applied/removed.

Any help greatly appreciated - would happily pay/donate/give you some spare bits I haven't put up for sale yet (boot, bonnet, red interior, couple dashboards, couple SR steels etc etc)

So does the fuel pump prime when you crank it? Do you have an eml?

Hi Will. Not yet, got some good pointers in the electrical bit so when I get a chance I will try them out.

The EML will tell you if the ECU has a feed too - so it's useful to have wired in from the start

Which live are you using?

You need one that is permanently on during cranking as well as running.
