What's the biggest brake set up I can run on my nova with 16" super touring rims and what brake set up is the best to run

Harry Hockly do an Alcon brake kit for a 15" wheel around the 1,500 mark. For another 300-400 you could get an AP Racing brake kit - 295mm rotors (max), with the CP-5100 (4-pot) calliper (for width). You could probably go slightly bigger on the rotors (and possibly not much on calliper size), though probably not much more unless you know exact dimensions for what you can fit behind your wheels, which I presume you don't given why you're asking in the first place. I'm also pretty certain that either of those kits will stop your car on a dime.

305mm cav turbo brakes under 15s here, mighty tight mind.

Seems to be all about the type of wheel coupled with the make of calliper in determining fitment. And mine definitely don't lol so any advice I offer on brakes take with a pinch of salt and do as much research as possible, otherwise you'll end up in a world of shit like me.
