Had a chat with evolution on MSN the other night and we were moaning about how other people always seem to get the bargains. Guy I know bought a G plated Cavvy SRI for 80 quid, and I was sick as a pig at this, wanted the engine for me Nova.

Was working on Friday night and the same guy pulled up along side me and said "You can have that SRI for ?100 if you want it" Whoohoo!!!!!!

Gonna go see him tomorrow, give him the ?100, get what I want, break the rest and flog it off, try and make me money back :-)

Only things I want off it are the Engine, Loom etc and the sunroof for me astra.

i can get valver that is still in the car (cavalier) for ?80 tomoz if i had somewhere to put it and iv ebin offered another 1.4sr lol its just who u kno and bein in the rite place at the rite time m8

Drive is starting to resemble a vauxhall breakers/dealership.

Got the Nova in it, on 2 wheels at the minute, needed them for the astra. Got the Astra SRi in, needs an MOT :( Getting the cavvy sri in tomorrow.

It's gonna break my heart stripping this cavvy, only bit of rust on it is on the passenger side rear arch. but needs must, and my nova needs 2.0 8v power more than an old cavvy.

Best thing is, the interior is unmarked, bolsters are still intact :D engine's been to mars and back, but starts first time and is sweet as a nut, it's got the 15" calibra v6(possibly) wheels on it with centre caps!
