C20xe f20 or f16 box ??

Away to be fitting a c20xe into the nova what gearbox would you guys recommend , I have a f20 that came with the engine and a f16 that is on the old engine .

I was thinking F16 myself but wondering what everyone else is has done .

Got a f20 on my let its good but for motorway driving needs a longer 5th gear!!
