C20let nova mount engine hitting underside of the bonnet

As above my front drivers side mount has 3 holes in it where it bolts to the car mount only 2 is used I had it in the bottom 2 and my bonnet doesn't close due to hitting engine, but can't seam to line it up well with the top two holes, little help would be appreciated my car is complete and am having to go back to adjust this.

Is loosen off gar box mounts and have a wiggle to see if you can get a better position

Took all mounts of managed to get front one in, but having a nightmare with rear mount hole not lining up, gearbox mount I have taken of for easyness av tried with the jack under engine and tried with the crane, shafts are still in at the moment is it best to take these all out start again?

I'd personally take engine out and start over.
