What exhaust cam??

I'm converting my c20xe engine back to running carbs and I'm in need of an early exhaust cam to suit but don't know where to start to find one, can anyone shed some light please

what you running in the inlet and what is it going to be used for?

As in what carbs? Just going to be a weekend car, not for track or anything just a bit of fun when it's sunny, the engine is a late one which is where my problems lie
