Are front wheel bearings the same on all novas?

I took my steering knuckle (I don't know how to seperate it from the hub) down with a new bearing I had bought previously to a garage to get the bearing replaced. Apprently the replacement was too big and they went and got the correct one. I can't complain as the bearing and replacing it cost a atotal of £45.

But being nosey, which models would have bigger bearings and are the complete hub/steering knuckle sizes different?

They are all the same mate. Either you ordered the wrong one or they have pulled your pants down I'm afraid. Did they give you the one you provided back?

good old electronic parts books..... they list the corsa b one as fitting a nova. the nova always came out the factory with the smaller size bearing

I had this problem last year. Got bearings that were too big by around 1 or 2mm iirc and it was corsa ones I'd been given.

Yes I have the wrong bearing, it is a little bigger than the correct one. I'll need to find out what they are from and get them sold!
