1.2 Carb needs tuning and more power

Hi all,
got my self a Nova 1.2 carb and need some advise and help on what to do to squeeze as much power out of her as possible. I've read so many threads and no one is giving an exact answer.
Any advise would be appreciated.

1300 inlet with a weber 32/34dmtl carb too.

I.6 manifold, port matched to the 1.2 port, 40thou skim, standalone efi, 1.3 cam, 4 branch manifold, cutback guides and step removed from the back of the valve seat.

basically, it has no great power. if you fitted a 1.3 or 1.4 bottom end, it would go dramatically faster.

ok, cam, head work & a bigger carb will make a screamer, but it will simply not be that much faster on the road and in terms of £ per hp, it will not be anywhere close to fitting the bigger bottom end.
