parcel shelf supports

Hi, its been a while since I have dismantled a nova interior. Basically a previous owner had screwed the parcel shelf onto the supports, I have bought a replacement pair, just wondering how to get them off as the seatbelt runs throught them?

You unbolt the bottom end of the seatbelts

Will the buckle part fit through the hole?
