Anyone remember a white mk2 with front arch lips/extensions for wheel clearance? Trying to find a pic for some inspiration to try and stop my tyre scrubbing on the front.

There's a few i can think of, most are just white arched... But had these two to hand...

do you mean like an extension piece onto the stock arch rather then a wide kit mate? I've seen one somewhere but can't for the life of me remember where lol will have a look

My mate used to have his front wings wider by about an inch on his 1.6 turbo GSI but they where modified metal nova wings.

Subtle lol

Not sure if they even do this tyre in 45 but more clearance for slicks would help too

Your flair looks better than them tho.

Rolled out saloon arches? Like Oli did on his gold one?

Remember this pretty sure sierra xr4i arches were used on it.

Surely with correct offset /width wheels you can run 195 tyres with no scrub?

Unless you've tried lows like a VW

Benn

Think it's wider tyres isnt it?

Iain

Mine are 195 wide tyres, 6J wheels and Nova friendly fitment (ET46-49 can't remember exactly). Not really Vdub lowz yo either.
