What plugs are people using in their let?

As above really, time for a service and was wondering what plugs people are using in their let's? The 2 popular choices seem to be Ngk BCPR7EIX or Rs Turbo AGPS071C? I currently have the ngk's in but was wondering if the rs turbos are any better?

Is there much of a difference between the AGPS071C and the BCR8ES other than the 4 quid price difference? Both listed as rs turbo plugs.

Yep i use a stanley knife blade to set the gap.
