yeah that was for sale at the first CCC @ castle coombe in april i think, has got rusty arches, rusty doors and just looks very tired, obviously not having much luck selling it if ended up on ebay.

Looks nice from the pics, but i've never seen it in 'real life'.

Also, i am sure it's this car that i've spotted for sale on and off every few months, for a couple of years now.

The spec sounds good, but it also seems like the car has been 'thrashed' too. That's the impression i get anyway.

Anyway, if a car is any good, and is well priced, it sells quite quickly and easily. With no need for E-bay.

Still, i sold a rusty as fuck 1.2 Merit for ?1100, and the guy was well happy with it.

Did anyone see his feature in "TOTAL VAUXHALL"? The arches and doors were really rotten then (shown clearly in the pictures!) and that's a year ago. It's been at lot's of track days etc and it's a bit of a nail. Nobody has even bid on it at ?2000 on EBAY! Probably worth it to break it, but I don't reckon he'd accept ?2000 for it anyway. In the mags I'm sure I seen it for ?4500 ONO

It looks nice and clean on the pics. 8)
But it could be very rusty underneath all the shiny bits. :?

Would agree with above comments BUT.....

Saw it yesterday at PNG and it was MINT.
I saw it at Billing with the rust everywhere. ITS ALL GONE!

I dunno whether he has had it done to keep, or to sell.
Either way, its a lot more desirable.

I saw it at the PCC Show yesterday and all the rust has been sorted on it and it looked pretty nice, Ian Searle sold it a few months back, the new owner had the paintwork sorted and now has it up for sale again.

Ahhh, That makes sense.

But something must be up if its back up for sale already!!??

not strictly true - might just be a change in circumstances or something - or someone after a quick and easy profit. ?
