Does anyone know or have a fitting sheet with the torque settings for c20xe arp head bolts please?

can't you use the torque settings for the gasket???

Not sure mate, I've only ever torqued a couple of heads down and just used the manual settings. I always thought it went on what the bolts could take?

I'm sure I saw standard head gasket, cometic and head stud's on there
