I'm not sure they ALL came with them, mine hasn't got one - I think it may have been the 1.2/1.3+ ones that had them.

I did buy one to refit to mine, but never got round to it... and now can't remember where I put it lol

My 1.0 didnt have one in, fitted one from another spare rear axle i had.
