Daft question what's the best way to tell if a head has three angle valve seats

You should be able to see the three ground faces on the seat and valve

also the valve may be back cut too if done properly.

Irrelevant anyway really, doesn't add any performance gains... It was a bit of a fad about a decade ago and people used it on their spec sheets to take up space lol

Bollox.if theyve been done properly with a backcut you will see gains.

/\ i thought that getting rid of sharp edges was the key to decent airflow....and a 3 angle cut would be as close a way to do that with a valve seat as you can realistically get with normal tools...

there are 3 angle seats and 3 angle seats though!

what class are you racing in?
