I have an early bare block in my shed which could do with a hone out, it's had the oil return drilled in for a turbo which could be blocked or used. If you wanted to come and look you could take it for free mate.

Thanks for the offer, I have a block that is in need of hone/rebore already was really looking for something complete with unremoved pistons to just run.

Ah right I get you mate no worries. It's here if you need it. It basically just has very light surface rust from storage no scores or anything. :)

Cheers I'll bear it in mind. I just bought one that had slight surface rust and it didn't clean up quite as well as I'd hoped so don't want to risk using it. And not sure how well you can hone bores with a lip?
