mIRC chat

hi. i have downloaded the mIRC chat thingy, and i ant a clue how to use it. please could someone give me info on how to get it to work on NL instead of the java thingy. cheers

not sure off all the ins and outs of the software at the moment but you wanna be connecting to irc.novaload.net and wehn it asks for the room you wanna type in #novaload

easiest way to do it is.....

you get loads of pop up windows where you have to put in your information - so fill them out.

once thats done youll be left with blank screen so type the the bar at bottom off screen

"/server irc.novaload.net" without the "" but the exact same spacing

then youll be connected to server - now type

"/join #novaload"

and once your on piss about with the options to get it set up like you want it :)

you can also put in the server and room in the options/pop up boxes so itll connect that way but i think thats more confusing!
