google search says no.
phillip dickols said they were new.not while iv had a hole in my ars3 are they new!

Wierd that they have Kent and sbd codes on them. Maybe message sbd and see if their a regrind or something?

Found a bit out about these mate. Sbd have special profile camshafts made on their behalf by Kent. If what I've read is right then the sbd 1195 cam shaft is a 310 degree one, if that sounds right?
