door/quarter/arch bump strip things

Was looking at some pics earlier and found this one of a sr.

The bumpstrip part with the red line running through the door arch and quarter panel, is that plastic panelling running below down to bottom of car? If so what would you call it and anywhere to get hold of them? Really liking the the black bumpers combined with black bottom half of car, looks very ae86'ish lol.

Originally was a sticker but you can paint it,
A good match is rover hurrican grey you can get it in rattle cans from halfords
