Should the hot start valve click when power goes to it? Mine aint wonder if that is the cause of the light being on the dash? Also ohms tested it and getting nothing?

Don't think so, can only hear tank vent clicking, will double check when get a min

No click , just a faint buzz when screw driver on it to ear ,with ign on
