Hello,

I have for sale a blydenstein E16SE head.
Honest condition could probably do with new valve stem seals but works great and still produces good power.

Reason for sale is I am now putting a C16XE in my car and have no use for this now.

Complete engine is also up for sale, including ZX6R bike carbs if interested.

£150 for the head.
£50 for the carbs.

Collection from reading or oxford. or can post if costs are covered.

Cheers,

Chris.

Hi mate , do you have any paper work to prove it is a Blydenstein head and what spec is it ?? A+/ B+ ??

I don't have any paper work no, It was sold to me as a blydenstein head, I never thought to ask or look for any paperwork.

I believe its A+ spec, ie. inlet and exhaust port work but with standard valve sizes. I would have to wait till I have taken it off the engine to double check that as it may well be a big valve head.

Cheers,

Chris.

Hi Guys,

Yes the carbs come with the manifold, however this was designed to fit the carbs on the engine into a classic mini so I cant guaranty it will fit into a nova.
No pictures of the head off the engine at the moment as it is all still in the car.

Carbs and manifold pictures that I have:

What else is needed to fit these carbs onto a e16? Could be interested...

The only thing not included is a fuel pump.

If you buy the carbs, i will be including the manifold as its of no use anyway. Fuel resistant link pipes will be there with jubilee clips too.

Left to fit would be throttle cable, choke cable and fuel pump, and you would need a new manifold gasket obviously. Thats it. They were balanced last year and seem to have held the balance, but this will be different if you use a different manifold, and will vary slightly for a different engine too. Other than that they would be just bolt on and go.

How much for postage to Norwich for the carb setup?

Also how much bhp has that setup made? Looking at the carb route with my 16se with a b+ head.

Postage to anywhere mainland UK (EVEN Norfolk) would be about £10 i would guess.
