As above will late corsa b hubs fit nova without any problems?

Not sure they will as late corsa have different size wheel bearings. Although it might just be the outer diameter that's different. Google the wheel bearing part nos for sizes.

Thought the ball joint was different too. Early ones are ok though

Late ones won't fit, early ones will though no problem.
