fault code

Alright guys and girls. The guy i work with has a seat ibiza 1.2td went for a service and a day later the eml came on so i kind o have 2 questions. I plug it in and got fault code p0405 so.
1st what and where is this sensor.
2nd can this be due to the service.

Egr code and on these usually means they've had it. You can try cleaning jt and see how it goes but normally replace the egr and relearn it on the ecu for best results
