XE and LET mounts

Quick question: Are C20XE and C20LET engines mounted the same? As in would I be able to plonk my XE where a LET has been living?

Yep there the same unless your going flr the f28 let gearbox then I the gearbox mount needs changing/welding

Ah, so the shell I have used to house a LET, but god knows what gearbox was in it - my XE to go in there has the F20 so if the previous LET had an F20 then we are all good, otherwise will have to get someone to sort it out.

Put up a picture of the passenger chassis leg for us and it'll be obvious what box was in it

Shell getting delivered on the 29th so will find out then mate

OK incase you forget, the std Nova mount will take an F20 and looks like a pair of arms coming out the chassis leg, the F28 mount will be welded on and looks similar to a front engine mount.

Shell arrived today :) and looks like it has the F20 fitment :)
