Is there a easy way to remove the pins from the door hinges? Or even a good way really struggling with this and so tempted to just cut them off then try and find new doors hahha

no

you can either buy a door pin removal tool or find a punch that fits the pins. the bottom one is almost impossible without the proper tool. its not easy unless you don't need the door in one piece or the car in one piece. then yu can cut off the door and hammer the pins out on the bench.

soak them in WD40. knock the bottom one up and the top one down. its sometimes best knocking them the opposite from this just to get them moving. also don't take one all the way out without the other or the hinge twists and it will jam.

the bonnet stay is the same OD as the pins so makes a handy drift. however if they are really tight it probably wont work.
