I've bought a W reg Tigra x14xe motor complete with gearbox. I don't know if this is a F13 or F15. According to identification charts i've seen it could be either on that engine. There are no identifiers in the casting of the case to hekp me.
Can anyone tell me what I need to look for to identify the box.
Ta
I thought the f13 has a hole to take the clutch out & the f15 doesn't

Might be being thick but I thought it said in big letters F13 or F15.....next to the selector

Later boxes stoped marking them in the castings like that if you clean the flat area under the access plate in the end of the box all the info you need is stamped there will be f13 3.74 cr or f15 3.74cr something like that

Would have been nice if it was a F15 case to put my Quaife gear set into. Never mind just another F13 to add to the collection.
