Coilover Fitment

I've just bought some new AVO coilovers that I want to fit this weekend to the nova. Is there anything you can paint/spray on the thread as on my old suspension it had seized up and I couldn't adjust the height after 6 months or so.

I use copper grease on mine. Always works never seize up.

Any thick long lasting grease.

Copper grease under the platform but not on the remaining threads. It'll stick dirt to it and make it a pain to adjust
