I'm having problems finding a sender unit for my nova it's not the one under the seat its the underside of the tank outside . ( taping in the part number got from ecat24 corsa a which is fine but than the other hand it pop up omega!!!) 1254504 gm 90443388 the one i got as plastic but it should be metal someone says could anybody help me<br/>

Sure its not just got a plastic cover over the wiring? It'll be a screw in unit around the rear of the tank.

Entirely possible an Omega shares the same level sensor if the part numbers match.

Is it a carb model? If so this part number below fits. Slightly different arm than the original but works good. Good luck finding one as they are very hard to get hold of new. Got this one about 18 months ago off eBay.

is it one like this? My old one.

Thanks is the 1.4 single point injection on a k plate it giving me a wrong reading of petrol

It looks similar at the front but at the back it's a square float

Injection model is different. Ignore the above as it's the carb model type. well as far as I know anyway.

i take it you have taken it out? If so give it a spray of WD40. This old thing started working after a clean and spray. Yet I still replaced it as I had a new one.
its worth a go. If you have a resistance meter you can check on the bench and not have to replace in car.

Thanks do it tomorrow it may do the job !! i was looking through ebay scene one but its in polish managed to get translator i've got a friend who is polish it looks different at the back but it's a right part number hey guy going to phone me on monday fingers crossed
