1.6 xe engine conversion wiring problem

Hi all, I've recently dropped a 1.6 16v xe engine into my nova. pulled the engine out of a corsa sport along with the complete engine loom.

i am currently stuck in that I have a 9-pin plug and a 3-pin plug coming from the ECU.

Can anyone shed some light as to what my next step should be please as my wiring knowledge is fairly limited.
