Took the nova out today round town and with the way the roada are the suspension is to put it simply backbreaking lol. Got a little one on the way and as he will be in the car at times its just too hard. Its on gaz coilovers but dont know what poundage they are.Want it a softer ride whats ideal to use thanks.??

I can supply gaz springs, however I would find out what you have on already. You may also want your shocks revalved to match the softer springs. Prob best discussed with gaz direct.

350 is stiff! Fine for track, but for the road, anything 250 plus is fine!

Your springs 'could' be fine, but the damping is would up too tight for a 'sporty' feel.....

350isnt that stiff IMHO, as long as the damping is right.
ive seen cars running anything from 200-800lb springs and matched damping with perfect road manners (same model of car with the varying stiffness)

My gaz coilovers dont have adjustable damping on them. Must be the older type.
