Hi,

Are all smallblock blocks the same height? From the crank centreline to the top of the deck.

Actually, scrap that as I can't go any bigger than the bore of a 1.4

No. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 & 1.6 are all different.

Anyone know the difference between the various blocks?

From the center of the crank to the top of the block is 199mm. This is for the 1.4 and the 1.6. I dont measured the 1.2 and 1.3 but they should the same.
