hey guys, needing some advice on fitting epas from a corsa c, I know some of you have fitted it into your novas so after some advice.

my boss is fitting it into his auto grass car and is asking me for info as im in the Vauxhall world, hes fitted the column and has also bought one of the piggy back ecus off ebay.

All wired in as per the instructions (as I had to recheck all this) and it doesn't seem to work. It does on occasions go mega tight like the motor on the column has powered up and stopped in one place. Turn the car off and it goes back to normal where you can turn the steering.

Ive had a play with the torque sensor with no avail, also had the ecu split open to inspect for damage as he welded a boss for the steering wheel onto the end of the column.

I checked to see how much power is coming out of the ecu going to the motor, which was only 1volt. Even when altering the adjusting knob. The adjusting knob itself seems to vary voltage out of it from 6.1volt to 6.6volt.

Hes keen to get it sorted but I cant find a fault, unless its with the column.

Thanks for any advice.
