Boot trim help

[Nutty Nova]

Hi folks.

i picked up once this boot trim which I've had fitted for a while but feel like their is something missing.

i have it fitted with some black large headed screws, what was originally used to fix these to the cars?

anyone have any pictures or info?

Think they just had screws originally tbh. Don't think they had blank covers over them.

I believe they had the push clips like most trim (the crimbo tree like ones)

I have one fitted to mine. Never knew why it wasnt std fit. Looks just like it missing normally.

So unlikely I'm going to find any original clips then :(

stick with its what I have then and keep looking thanks guys

Any nova in a scrappy will have them. Any time i've taken trim i've kept them.

Or some one breaking them.
