Nova's sold.. New daily!

Some people that I have on Facebook will know that I no longer have the Nova.
This is the new daily, previous owner is on here as well "andygte95"

It's a Mk1 Punto Sporting, 68k from new, it was painted by Andy himself last year.

GT front bumper
Wheels painted Anthracite
Lowered -60mm all round
Sportex Exhaust

That's about it, loving it! Much nicer to drive than the Nova daily.. will miss it a lot though!

Haha, knew the jokes were coming as I've been getting it since I bought it.

Reason I got rid of it is the Nova was too far gone for the postition I'm in the now, was no good for daily driving especially when I drive 20 mile each way everyday for college.

Nova's aren't any better in a crash? lol

Another Nova shall be bought when I'm further into my Apprenticeship and making a bit more money!

For the money it cost, it was the best motor about that I could easily insure! Would rather drive this than a Corsa B/C like every other teenager who's just passed there test..

I have fond memorys of my punto...other then the eight broken ribs and scar on my cheek lol

i had a set of 6x9s and a 15" vocial speaker on the parcel shelf (from a local church i done some work for) a 10" sub and amp...i use to bomb about in it all the time topping it up a fiver a go lol

i have one specific memory of a punto....

it was 1999, i was on a dead straight B road on a cloudless spring day at about 8.30am...i was stationary, and indicating to turn right in my astra mk2 estate(works veh.) i looked in my mirror to see a punto heading towards me at speed & the driver was putting his mobile back in its stick on phone holder..... he then looked up & then proceeded to rear end my car. i needed a new rear light & an exhaust mount. he needed a dust pan & brush and a taxi home... the tw&t tried to blame ice on the road, until i pointed out 2 perfect, but very short skid marks on the tarmac.

we'd had the car for less than a week, paid £600 for it, and his insurance offered us £900 and we could do what we wanted with the astra!!!!! so we made £200 profit & removed a punto from circulation, a win win.

****e I forgot to mention the drilled air box...that was great my old man came back from work while I was attack it with a drill in the garden told me I was doing it wrong and took it away and redrilled it with some spade bits (I was schooled lol). sounded epic!

was once coming out of a bend and put my foot down had a bunch of school kids looking to see what was about to appear when they seen a ****e brown punto doing 25mph they started shacking their heads and walked off

Well good work on trying something different IMO, I've had metros, micras and plenty of terrible hatchbacks over the years. You'll enjoy rasping around in the punto so have fun... Your bound to realise how weak they're but hey ho that's life ;)... see you looking for another Nova in about 2 months lol

Haha thats funny! It goes quite well with the 86 bhp and barely any weight.

Thinking about stripping the back seats out again the same way it was with the previous owner!
